practice since 1981.
Alasdair
Buchanan BDS has worked
in the practice since 1986.
Martin
Wishart BDS has worked in the
practice since 1989.
Robin
Speir BDS has worked in the
practice since 1999.
Roy
Logie BDS has worked
in the practice since 2005 having previously worked in Glasgow.
Ms.
Alison Kerr BDS has worked
part time in the practice since 2002, usually on Fridays.
Mrs.
Laura Owen (part-time hygienist) qualified from Glasgow in 1986
has worked in the practice since 1997, and is usually only in on Mondays.
MEET THE REST OF THE TEAM:-
We have a dedicated team of staff headed by Mrs. Janice Kerr (Practice Manageress) and Mrs. Helen Logan (Head Nurse) We are committed to the development and training of our staff as recognised by the Investors in People award gained in 2004
Our in-house dental laboratory allows close co-operation between dentist
and technician in addition to a prompt and efficient denture repair service.
This service is usually free.
We aim to provide the best quality dentistry and we all strive to make everyone's visit to the practice as pleasant as possible.
NEW PATIENTS
At present the practice is taking on new patients on an independent basis only except for children who we are happy to see under NHS arrangements at no cost to parents. A price guideline is available by clicking costs.
A written estimate of the cost of treatment will be given to you after
your initial consultation and you will be kept informed of any changes as
treatment progresses. All the treatment options with their costing will be
carefully explained to allow you to make an informed choice as to which
treatment is best for you and your pocket.
The full cost should normally be paid on completion of treatment, or, if
preferred, by installments as treatment progresses.
EMERGENCIES
We endeavor to see patients of the practice as soon as possible upon contact. We also try to accommodate people have difficulties who have not attended before on the above basis for new patients. Please phone and we may be able to offer you a time to come to the practice. This may involve waiting until a dentist has attend to the problem
